        Called to get info on a house. You have to pay a fee before you can even LOOK at it to see if you are interested. Receptionist was rude. Immediate red flag even though the house has potential.

        I rented from Beckman reality / property management for 2 years. They fixed the furnace that went out the same day. And gave back our damage deposit in a timely manner.
