First Id like to give my gratitude to Semria. She has been nothing but supportive and nice throughout my entire time with Quinn by vintage. She has shown compassion and has always made sure that I felt supported. She had made the move in and move out process as smooth as possible. The maintenance person Brian, probably the most nicest person Ive encountered in a long time. Hes always effective with his work, gets things done in a timely manner and always helps out when needed. From the beginning of my move to the end. This apartment complex is family oriented and best place for families. Everyone treats eachother like family. If you have kids and thinking about it, move here!! The kids at the park are all a big family and look out for the younger kids. The parents we all get along and my neighbors have always been great. I give Quinn 5 starts because they deserve it. If youre thinking of moving here do it!!! Thanks again to this team for always being supportive and making my stay wonderful

These apartments are super loud with kids running up and down the halls and screaming all hours of the day and nite. Kids leave trash all over the common areas. I happened to get stuck with an apartment with the playground right outside my apartment so I get the grunt of it. When I moved in I told them I would be getting a new car within couple weeks and they failed to let me know I would have to pay $50 for a new sticker for my car for the parking garage. Wish they would have told me then as I wouldnt have put the current sticker in my old car and just would have waited til I got my new car to place it.

I have lived here for a year and I have been waiting to write a review. I moved in when this property first opened. Brand new apartment. I love my apartment. Spacious, 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, gym, activity room, courtyards with playground, another with corn hole, lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the sun. I watched the property go through a lot of changes and there were some issues but since Danielle has stepped in as manager this place is becoming better and better again! Management is so important and she is doing an amazing job. We have an incredible maintenance team here, office staff, and the residence and community is beautiful! Danielle, Semira, Bryan and Brandon make a huge difference here! So I give 5 stars after a year of living. Thank you guys!
