Ashley at the Silverdale branch was my teller and was not only efficient but able to answer all my questions.

Normally would've recommended Navy Federal to anyone. Now, when the economy is down, need help, nope. Not willing to help or work with you. They had no problem when the money was flowing in. Just a normal bank. No personal service. I will ensure military, veteran or family member I meet will know to switch to another Credit Union as soon as possible. Let's help a local Credit Union that wants to help you succeed instead of just a last resort because you joined the military.

Normally I've had great service when I've visited this branch before. But the teller I got today was very inconsiderate. I usually avoid using a teller cause I can't stand for too long because of my disability. But I waited in line for 10 min cause I had rolled change and couldn't use the ATM. A couple of my penny rolls were off by 2 cents and I had to move them around. The teller told me I would need to get back in line. Really. I'm doing your job, and you want me to get back in line and wait longer for $1.00 cause you don't have a good system for checking rolled change. I left pissed. It will be the last time I use teller service for rolled change at that bank. It's definitely the worst customer service I've ever had at that Silverdale location.

Your Branch smells like unsanitary people who have not taken a shower on a hot day.. You know that sour milk smell. Its awful. Even the two people at the front desk apologized for the rank smell and said that theres nothing corporate will do about it and theyve known about it for a long time.
