        I understand that you're trying to market your deals to customers but if you ask me 3 times if I want to purchase more things to help you look like a better salesperson and I say "no," you should not keep asking... Pushy customer service at this location to where I'd rather buy online.

        Went to this location to get some hair color for my wife. The dye turned her hair orange!!! She had to spend hundreds in a salon the next day. When I returned the unused items I was made to feel like a criminal. I was asked over and over if they were unopened and each time I said no. The clerk proceeded to open everything- WHAT??? Never going there again.

        so so helpful. I came in with a shade of pink wayy too purple for my liking and I was given lots of avenues on how i could approach fixing my hair to a peachier pink. I really though I was gonna have to wait for it to fade and re-dye but the lady with the lovely caramel hair recommended me the clarifying shampoo combo'd with the wella peach mask and ladies... it did not disappoint. im sporting a lovely rose gold pink and im so grateful
