I had made an appointment online to get my eyebrows done and had showed up ten minutes early. I was standing there the whole time while a staff member was helping another customer. Not once did she acknowledge that I was there or if I needed any assistance. Once she was done with her customer I let her know what I was there for. She informed me the girl I had my appointment with had gone home early that day. I know it wasnt her fault, but what made me upset was that no one called me to let me know and she was making excuses about the system glitching. If thats the case, get a better system. I drove an hour and fifteen minutes for that appointment just to turn around and leave. Definitely wont be booking another appointment there again.

Very pushy salespeople. The cashiers try to extort the phone number out of the customers, if custom refuses they ask for email or someone else's number or email. That's invasion of privacy.

I love Ulta! Only 3 stars because every single employee will ask if you need help over and over and over again. It gets very old. I appreciate the offer but if I need help I will surely ask. Also, I dont always look my best when shopping and it feels like the employees are keeping an eye on me and following me. I spend thousands of dollars there every year, Ive been a daimond member for years so its kind of insulting that they feel the need to watch me. Maybe thats why they constantly ask if I need help.
