One Dental Silverdale

This office is a mess. They've accepted way too many appointments, so I can't even get a six-month appointment anymore, and haven't for a while. Bad management. I've had to wait 8 months the last few times, and it is very aggravating. I wanted to get something fixed, and I was going to have to wait a long time too. How do they even fill cavities when they find them? When I was just there, my gums were inflamed, which is uncommon for me, but my cleanings have been spaced out too much. When I complained about this to the receptionist, she was unbelievably rude, sarcastic, and dismissive of me. It was completely unprofessional, and I'm never going back.

My husband and I found Dr. Stewart's office when we first moved to the area in 2017. We have been nothing but impressed with the professionalism and care. The interactions with all staff show the level of effort put into choosing the right people for this office. The measures taken during the pandemic were above and beyond even what the hospital had as we had a child during COVID. We recently had our son's first appointment (he is one), and many people told us we should take him to one of the dentists in town who strictly sees pediatric patients. After our visit today, I am glad we held to what we thought was best. The visit was positive and gentle.

As a person with severe dental anxiety, going to Dr. Stewart was a surprise. I can truly say I did not suffer the usual panic. Everyone from the front desk on was so very kind and calm. Thank you!
