Unfriendly and poor diagnostic abilities. Dr Spinach did not provide any additional information about my vision and macular degeneration other than to read the referral provided by a more proficient doctor (at Achieve Eye in Silverdale). The techs were curt, overtly busy and the stress in the office was palpable. When asked about his day, the ophthalmologist was cold and a noted that his patients were mostly routine, consistent, easy, and boring. I would never refer a friend. Look at other retinal offices for doctors who are caring, patient-oriented, and knowledgeable.

I called because I was having intermittent pain in my right eye, light sensitivity, and blurred vision. Dr. Schneiderman and all the staff were incredible! I received an appointment on the same day; exceptional care and the bedside manners were amazing! I felt heard, understood and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you

Highly recommend the ophthalmological , and specifically the retinal expertise of Dr Adrian O'Malley. To put my condition in perspective, he drew me back from the brink of blindness in one eye through two successful vitrectomies (eye surgeries). In another surgery, he saved the sight in my other eye. As one may imagine, my gratitude for continued sight is immeasurable. Dr O'Malley's knowledge, skill & expertise has enabled me to continue to see, and in turn, afforded me self-sufficiency, which when considered is a gift beyond measure. My gratefulness will live with me for the rest of my days and beyond. Dr O'Malley, my greatest thanks to you, your impeccable work has a far reaching affect.

The staff was friendly, people whoTook pictures were great the doctor was nice, thorough and explained things well. The reason for the 2 is we have been waiting 9 days for lab results I called the office several times and the last time I was told there was no documentation that I had called or that the labs wereTo be followed up on. The lab says these results were sent 5 times to the office and were ready the next day after the blood draw. I am still waiting to hear from the office.
