Rooms we had were not clean and then prior to checkout maintenance workers climbed on the balconies to paint them - they covered the windows with film while the room was still occupied. Notified management and they said that should not happen but they never left. Totally unsafe and dangerous.

Nice hotel on the beach. Nice restaurant, and I hear amazing breakfast in the morning but I haven't gotten to experience it yet. But so far I really enjoy this hotel it's luxurious

This hotel is old and worn down.
But it is clean and the staff are amazing at there jobs. They are customer service minded. From Emma in the breakfast area to all housekeeping - they are friendly ready to help you with what you need.
My understanding is that the hotel will be getting a MUCH needed remodel soon.

When you're cracking up during check in because of an unintentional joke you know you're going to have a nice stay. The view is great, bed is comfy, however we were in a room directly above the exhaust fans and vents from the bar and the smell was awful, and so loud we couldn't relax on the balcony or keep the doors open. Also, no chairs on the balcony so that kind of sucks. The fans are so loud I can't hear the TV... We'll stay again but now we know we want the other side (partial bay view rooms) because view is great. I'll stay again just because the staff is awesome, but don't stay in rooms 350-363 or 250-263 and I don't think first floor on this side has patios. It's horrible. Stay on the other side you'll thank me. Also, my husband and I bought our own wood for the hotels fire pit which is kind of wierd but oh well, we bought it so here we are
