They have been incredibly nice to me, I've only been with them going on 6 months but they have been the nicest people to work with on getting me a policy and they are so friendly, I highly recommend Katie she has been amazing.

We always get the answers we need when we call Shelley's Allstate Office. Shauna is knowledgeable, helpful and works to find the best price for our needs. I compared three major Insurance Agencies before we made the change. We chose Shelley because the service, prices and options were so superior to the others. Additionally, Shauna worked hard to present those things, versus the the two agencies. She followed up and treated us with kindness and provided the choices with knowledge. We were with this agency when we first moved to Wa 23 years ago.. We stepped away for a few years, but we are back and very glad!

Love this agency...My California insurance wouldn't cover me for my needs in Washington..Shauna introduced me to an on again off again policy.. What???? Pay as needed and at reasonable pricing. Who Knew???? Thank You
