This is an outstanding gym with great coaches. I highly recommend this gym to anyone that is looking to try jiu jitsu or increase their skill if they already train!

Cornerstone Jiu Jitsu is amazing. The gym is always clean, the coaches do an excellent job teaching and mentoring, and the other members are awesome. An excellent atmosphere for learning and growing. My 12 year old son has been going to Cornerstone about a year now and he loves it. I recommend cornerstone to anyone of any age that is interested learning jiu jitsu.

My girls participated in the Littles class. The coach and assistant coach are very creative in engaging the kids. Really impressed with transitions from one activity/task to the other. All the Kids were engaged and happy throughout the class. The owners are lovely! You can tell they care about their students and their families. If you are looking for a Positive and empowering environment, this is the place to be!

This gym is definitely my second home. The coaches are amazing and so are all the people training. This is a family friendly gym and is extremely welcoming, at the same time this gym is also really great for those looking to compete BJJ. The professor focuses a lot on technique and control which not only helps with competence, but with the ability to learn the sport. I have been lucky enough to train at this gym through two of my pregnancies, and Ive always felt safe and looked after by my training partners. I love the womens classes especially, it is a great environment to be a part of and have fun choking your friends.
