Summer Davy was instrumental in helping us purchase a home in Gig Harbor from out of state. She was very knowledgeable, and always kept a positive approach through the process. As always there are a few issues in a home purchase, however Summer helped us to get those issues resolved completely. We were introduced to Summer by communicating with her partner Steve Derrig on another property. Although we did not move forward on that property, we were impressed with Steve's communication and responsiveness and knew it was the right decision to work with this Windermere team!
