I had a great experience with Walt and his team. I was a first time homebuyer who didn't have a clue what I was doing. I initially reached out just for some more info and advice about the loan process and to see if could be pre-approved. Because he was so thorough and easy to talk to I continued to work with him. Even in spite of a brief period of cold feet on my part. Walt wrote me very detailed emails and answered all my questions thoroughly. If I am given the opportunity to recommend him and his team, I will!

Walt and his team are great! Walt took the time to answer and explain all steps to me in our mortgage process more than once! He spent months sending us estimates and #s for homes we were looking at and was available after hours or whenever we needed! Pretty much the best mortgage experience you could ask for and we are truley great full!

Hi Walt! You helped me buy my first home in 2003 at age 47 when it never occurred to me that I could really be a homeowner. You knew about loan products and exactly what would work for me. So thank you for that. I guess Im still on your mailing list In 2014 I was able to buy a foreclosure condo in Edmonds, and then in 2018, I sold both properties, making enough to purchase outright a beautiful home in Baja California Sur, Mexico where I am retired from teaching and mortgage-free. You played an important role way back then in getting me here. Just wanted to let you know.
