Tim was great at Following after reaching out to him. His responses were very knowledgeable. He was able to explain some questions I thought were difficult. A more personalized contact would increase my rating. His paperwork and contact emails claimed most items were critical matters and needed to be done as if it was an emergency thus increasing the level of stress. That was stressful and at times bad because the scammers do that and that became an anxious situation at times. It helped to get to his emails but it created stress and conflict on my wife and I relationship. Tims identity was jeopardized. We were almost scamed by someone claiming to be him. The scammer started talking about the money to that was going to get wired.

We were kept updated throughout the process. The interest rate my wife and I received was far better than what we thought we would be able to get in the current market. Any and all questions were answered (sometimes more than once) clearly and confidently. The level of knowledge and professionally from Ryan and his team instilled trust and confidence in the buying process, which as a first time buyer was extremely important in feeling empowered to make informed decisions and greatly reduced the potential stress in navigating such a long term commitment. We would recommend Evergreen and especially Ryan Christian to anyone new to the process... and also anyone not new to it for that matter.
