        I can't recommend this company anymore. They saved us 20 grand out of pocket, 13 grand in over all cost, and closed on our house 10 days sooner than a big bank. Rob and his team were available to answer even the littlest question at a moment's notice. They are absolutely the best.

        Having all communications online and accessible thru a portal was helpful. I'd say that it needs a little bit of work in terms of organization and the ability to search & find necessary document. Walt was himself very responsive and helped us thru the process.
