Betsy earned my respect early with her sound advice, always backed with good reasons for her ideas. Throughout the process she was very professional but also very caring. She was amazingly responsive. When I thought of a question on a Sunday, I emailed her not expecting a response until Monday. But her reply came within minutes. Thank you. Jennifer did an amazing job helping us find the perfect property! We live out of the area and have been looking for property in Kitsap County for a couple years. She would look up information on prospective properties and even drive-bye to see if it would be a good purchase for us. When we found the property we bought, she drove out to get pictures to send us so we could make an informed purchase. We had an extended escrow and she kept in touch with us the entire time, making sure we were kept in the loop on all the steps in the process. All of this is to say that she definitely provides a personal touch and genuinely cares about ensuring you get the property that best fits your needs. She is a joy to work! I honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience with her.
