After surveying my friends, I reached out to Stephanie and a few other realtors in our area. Stephanie was the easiest to talk to and provided great advice. She set us up with Joey from her team. Joey was great! As first time home buyers, he was very patent, helpful. Joey was "on the ball", he kept the lines of communication open with us, the sellers agents and our lender. He is flexible, knows the Kitsap market/what it would take in the market, and he simply worked for us to help us buy our first home, we cant be happier. We would recommend Joey and the Dupuis Team!

We worked with Daniel on the Dupuis team and he was incredible! First, he took us to look at many homes and put in several competitive offers until we finally found the winner. He negotiated professionally with the seller's agent and yet, his personal touch helped our offer stand out among the rest. Second, Daniel's knowledge of the transaction process is impeccable. His team offers extensive knowledge of the housing market in the area and they have very timely communication. I had a great experience with this team. Joey was fun to work with and always very responsive with scheduling viewings, answering questions, and lining up inspections.
