She was very knowledgeable about what to look for when buying a house and even showed me some tips for if I ever want to sell a home.. We worked with Sharon Martinelli for the sale our home in Poulsbo, WA and she is without a doubt the best realtor with whom we have ever worked in the last 40 years. Sharon is intelligent, experienced, wise and professional. We had a situation where the mother of one of our buyers got involved and almost ruined the sale on at least three different instances. This lady was trying to change standard legal language in the contract, kept complaining about everything and made what should have been a straight forward sale a nightmare. Through it all, Sharon guided us, gave us wise suggestions, reached out to other professionals to make sure everything was legal, but more importantly, done ethically and honorably. Sharon was patient, listened and acted with an integrity that is rare to find in today's world. We only wish we could use her in real estate transactions in our new state of residence. Anyone wanted a realtor who will work hard and do a fantastic job, even if unanticipated issues arise should most assuredly use Sharon. On a related note, 4 years ago she was our realtor for when we purchased the property, which was a smooth transaction, largely due to her professionalism.

Betsy earned my respect early with her sound advice, always backed with good reasons for her ideas. Throughout the process she was very professional but also very caring. She was amazingly responsive. When I thought of a question on a Sunday, I emailed her not expecting a response until Monday. But her reply came within minutes. Thank you. Would definitely recommend her.
