We made indian fry bread. She was a great teacher! Friendly, informative, hands on, and great conversations. We cooked with ease on something new to us because of her! We cant wait to sign up for another class!

What a fun and informative experience. I love that no more than 6 people can participate in each class. Gives more time for learning and a hands on experience. I can't wait for the next class!

Best class Ive ever taken! Well prepared, well presented. Victoria offered so much added information about food, nutrition and flavor, she had great local resource recommendations for special ingredients. I will definitely be attending more classes in the future.
