Highly recommend Ms Juli. She gave lots of love and care to the kids. My son loves Ms Juli a lot; every time when we drop off him to the classroom, he will be happy without cry if Ms Juli is there. I am so glad to have my kid go to KA Redmond Ridge and have a such good teacher there!

This is a review for Kiddie Academy's preschool during Covid. My daughter attended the preschool for roughly a month (I got a job elsewhere and had to disenroll her). I would say that overall, Kiddie Academy is one of the better schools in the area in terms of facility (large, clean), good food and great location. They do a great job managing large groups (19 children in my daughter's class, supernova) and keeping to the schedule. Covid protocols were strict and successful.
I took away one star for communication. When all the paperwork was done and my daughter was about to start, I had to personally ask to meet the teacher, Debbie, for an introduction. I wasn't given one during the tour (only saw her from a far) nor offered one at a later time. There was no welcome email from her or any information about her background, teaching credentials or experience.
Due to Covid protocols, no parents are allowed in to the facility. You drop the child off at the front door (after electronically signing in) and during the day you will get 1-2 picture updates through their app and a general summary of what the class is doing.
My daughter returned to a classroom after being home for a year so I was very keen on knowing how she was doing the first week. I messaged her teacher on the app and there was no reply. I would call and email the director, Savannah, who would rarely call/email back and would instead "catch up" during drop off. That wouldn't leave me with much opportunity to talk as other parents were waiting in line to pick up their children. It was hurried. When I asked if there was anyone I could talk to get an update on how she was doing , there was just a look of bewilderment and no name. I finally asked to see Debbie who didn't give much of an update the 10 min we talked.
When my daughter was sick and I would email to let the office know she was going to be absent and there was no reply. I wish the communication was better as it would have made the onboarding experience a lot more pleasent.

I worked as the director of this facility for three years and could not have been happier and more blessed. The owners, Vivek and Seema treat you as if youre family, the staff work so hard to love each and every child as if they were their own, and the curriculum far surpassed that of others around. Leaving KA Redmond was the hardest thing Ive ever had to do. Had family matters not interfered, I would not have left at all. The whole center flows with community and love, and I am proud to say that I was a part of it. If I had children of my own, I would never hesitate to bring them here. If education is your goal, bring them here. If nurturing is your goal, bring them here. If customer service is your goal, bring them here. If a feeling of real love and community is your goal, dont look anywhere else, Kiddie Academy is your future home!
