Selling Broker non responsive. Made a virtual appointment to make an offer and broker was no-show and still has not called back or texted why or provided feasibility report, title report or any updates or status on the property desired.

Horrible. Realtors never came with clients to view my property. Once the agreement was signed they just neglected to do any advertising and relied solely on people seeing their signs. The service was abysmal. I switched Realtors as soon as I could.

Short answer: I would rather be homeless than ever rent from Harbor Realty again. It was the worst experience Ive had renting a property and I rented in college! The day we came in to grab the keys they pushed back our move 1 week because they decided to paint the house last minute. We showed up on our new move-in day and the house was trashed and the painters were still painting the inside. Ronny then tried to make us to move our stuff out the day we moved in so they could get pictures, but we won that argument. We argued with them to send out a cleaner since the house was trashed and they finally agreed after a week the cleaner did a terrible job and left after maybe 2 hours because she said Harbor Realty only gives her a few hours per house. There was paint on the walls, carpet, and brand new floors from previous tenants, and every surface was sticky and covered in dog hair (even the ice maker). It took the two of us a week to clean the house so we could unpack. Icing on the cake was when they called us 3 months after we moved in to tell us they were going to sell the house and we had to move. Thats just some of the bad experiences we had in the short span we rented from them.
