        Pleasant folks doing great work. Trinity is adorable, but this soft realign (reline?) left a sharp edge along the lower tray that irritated (scraped) my tongue. The following morning I was able to be seen without an appointment after a 45 min wait for another nice technician to quickly grind down the offending edge to correct the problem.

        I signed up for a snap in full set denture set in February 2020, to begin in March, then covid hit so everything stopped and I was rescheduled. Nonetheless, once we got started thru today the team at the spokane valley office have been professional, pleasant to work with and on top of all communications. This was a big step for me because I have a fear of dental work to the point I sweat and shake when sitting in the chair and the first part of the process was removal of 18 existing teeth. YIKES. Well it's 2024 now and all that is behind me I have a nice smile and can eat pretty much anything. I have nothing but good things to say about their work and team
