The plumber was great and I plan on using him again in a building I manage to service natural gas boilers yearly and if there are problems. He was a good communicator, showed up on time and stayed till the work was done, which was longer than he expected. He wound up having to bleed all the radiators in a 4 story brownstone manually which was more than he expected when he gave me a quote. The reason is that we have very new and efficient boilers but the radiators themselves are quite old. One of the boilers also had to be bled for an abnormally long time. All the time he was extremely courteous and didn't let the inconvenience get to him. He even used some of the extra time while we were waiting for the boiler to bleed to rinse down the boiler room which was an absolute mess. Most importantly, even though the job probably wound up taking at least an hour or two longer than expected, he did not alter his quote. It might also be worth noting that this was a night time job, so it probably ruined his night. But he was very professional and seemed more interested in getting the job done and doing it right than anything else. MOST IMPORTANTLY the plumber is HONEST. At the end of the job we agreed for him to come back to service two radiators that were not getting hot. Thank you.

I rarely need a plumber, but I did this time and I highly recommend this one. They scheduled me immediately and arrived on time the next morning. It wasn't a big job, but the plumber was courteous and completed the job successfully in no time. I would give this company an A++++ and would definitely call on them again in a time of need. Great job!
