Heathers classes are positive, enriching, safe, and explorative. We are so happy we found her! Our son started taking a variety of classes with Heather a few months ago. He is four and has always been a bit of a perfectionist which held him back from wanting to dive into projects. Sometimes it doesnt matter if your mom says its okay to color outside the lines. Over the last few months of classes he is now independently doing entire projects! In Heathers positive environment he feels confident in what I always knew he could do. I recently asked if he preferred the class earlier in the day or in the evening. He said he likes the earlier time so he doesnt have to wait as long for class to start!

Heather is a caring, dedicated, and reliable art teacher in Spokane. This is something that our community has lacked for a long time, and Heather fills that need for children. She provides a framework for students, and then allows them to use their creativity and create unique pieces of art. My favorite thing about Heathers classes is how she lets the kids creativity shine. There is direction and different materials but the kids get to be creative. My kid loves that her projects look unique.

My daughter loves these classes! She's not interested in sports, but loves art so it's such a blessing to have a resource like this for after school or summer camp (non-sports) activities.
