Freeway Insurance

Amy Davis charged my card without consent. She tried to bully me into getting insurance saying it was the best rate. I went else where and its $80 cheaper. She still has not refunded my card. The paperwork she sent I didnt sign because a lot of it was incorrect and she was rushing everything. I hope she decides to do the right thing. I have the screen shots of our message. She charged my card without consent! This isnt ok! Do the right thing! Update! MY CHARGE WAS ON 11/30/22 and my card is still NOT REFUNDED. Its now days before Christmas! This place is a joke. Now instead of doing the right thing they want to send a check in the mail. What the heck. Edit 12/37/22 still no refund and Amy sent the check to the wrong address. Ive reached out to the regional manager.

My insurance agent Amy is by far the greatest. She responds to my emails within minutes and goes above and beyond finding me the best rate. I highly recommend her.

My experience with Spokane Freeway has been excellent. My agent is Amy Davis, and she is absolutely wonderful. She really stays on top of everything. She is quick with her responses and really helps you with the questions you might have. I find her to be very sweet and helpful. She has by far been the best agent I have ever worked with when it comes in my Car insurance.
