before you move into an apartment building managed by kiemle hagood in spokane , you might want to make sure that marlena osborn is not the manager. she was the burglar in residence of the apartment building a HUD building i lived in.... until she was finally transferred to another kiemle hagood building effective jan 6 2022. she should have been fired. she should have been prosecuted. there are people in prison for less than what she has been getting away with while working for kiemle hagood. go elsewhere. if you rent from kiemle hagood... watch your back. and get a security camera. do not assume you are safe... its best you just ... rent elsewhere, i think.time has passed I edit my review but not to remove... after three years I have come to the conclusion that this company is corrupt from top to nearly bottom the maintenance people are the only ones decent and committed to the residents here elderly and many disabled... the rest.. even the avowed christians among them... are being paid very well.. to keep us quiet in our cells. they are not here because they care about the poor or even the elderly.... the continual condescension, contempt ,and lack of any real effort to enhance the lives of those reduced by circumstance to living here is mindboggling..... you cant even get them to post information about emergency healthcare... three years ago I asked about commodities.. worker just said.. you're not eligible . she didn't check. turns out I have been eligible for three years. same worker says atrocious things routinely... about the poor. the mgr. picks and chooses residents that are above the rules I liked her at first. but shes just a company girll here for the desk job that pays her the outrageous sun of about 60 thousand dollars a year. hiding behind the smile of the pastors wife I would think.. first off .. she'd dress better.. and also that she were better educated. I think maybe to work for kiemle hagood in hud you have to believe ... are asked to believe residents are the dregs of humanity ... so don't worry much about your efforts for them your loyalty is with ts for profit company.... if the congregationof St John's knew how kiemle hagood obliterates the intent of their mission I think they would be horrified. it was only because they were horrified by marlena osborn that she was removed. go elsewhere. particularly if you are handicapped ... in the upper body or a shorter than 5 ft six. the only provisions provided are for those in wheelchairs and who have the help of family or regular caregiver.... I can hardly reach anything the cupboards .... rods everything much to high. the remodelling was done designed by tall people with no thought to the residents.. absent entirely also aesthetic sensibility.. especially if you must pay full market rent to live at Canterbury court .. oh my God.. go elsewhere.these apartments are ugly.
