Unprofessional, rude staff, loud environment NOT conducive for testing.

Psi staff never showed up to open the center and proctor the test. No call, no email. Called customer service, and they said they had no information, and to call back in 48 hours.

This is the absolute worst business I have EVER dealt with!!! They deserve negative 100 stars, , I cannot believe they are running any business let alone state testing!! I was literally in tears last time I had to talk to them, I was having issues with their browser download I called the IT support line thats listed on the actual test an hour and 20 min before my testing time they did not pick up the phone until 10 minutes before my testing time!! and the guy who picked up said he wasnt in it support and would transfer me, I waited another 50 minutes on hold to get a man who said he only speaks freaking mandarin!! I then called the main number back and waited over an hour and ended up back to the first guy who told me it was my fault so they would have to charge me to reschedule since my computer was the issue, I am appalled and shocked this place is still running our state testing, Washington needs to do better!!!

PSI has got to be the absolute worst testing facility ever created. The customer service over the phone is absolutely terrible, they have no idea what you are even trying to ask and you cant even understand them. Excepting responsibility for a mistake that was their fault, is not one of their strong suits and to be honest the only good part of PSI is the fact that their proctors give a damn. But talk to someone higher up and good luck getting someone with half a brain. Of course Washington state uses them for all of their state testing, the people down low care and know what theyre talking about and the people that make the important decisions are brain dead
