        One star is too good for DR HORTON Spokane. Fire the VP and everyone at Ponderosa and hire some good people.

        These homes are very sloppy. They use bottom dollar materials and the homes are slapped together very poorly. If you buy one of these homes never pay full price and always get a home inspection even if its brand new!

        My wife ran over construction staples in DR Horton's neighborhood while under construction, and had to get the tires replaced as they were not repairable, to a cost of $300. DR Horton's Spokane Division Office confirms *in writing* the staples were found and cleaned up same-day as our car (and a neighbors car) ran over them. My neighbor and I both contacted the DR Horton office. My neighbor got reimbursed. I got the run-around for 3 months. Still waiting for them to get back to me. This is after so many other things we've been patient and forgiving on. I've added this review to two DR Horton neighborhoods, as I think the lack of response demonstrates a greater need to share this information with others. Especially fellow Spokane citizens. I continue to share this an additional time each week it remains unresolved. Original review can be found in Windhaven.
