When my home flooded the day after Christmas, we knew it would be a difficult repair as our home was built in 1938, and still held many original components. Shawn was able to get in within 2 weeks when everyone else was out 3 months or more. The small details are admired every day, and I appreciate that his crew was conscious of the fact that we were living in our home during the remodel. I feel blessed to have worked with this crew and when we start on the top floor we will call again.

I hired Tiffany Homes in Feb. 2017. Contract is under cost plus and started in March 2017. He has never built any high end custom homes. I ended up becoming his big milking cow. 22 months later (last Dec.) I fired him and have to hire a new contractor to redo all the finishing work. Paying a big price and learn in a painful hard way. I'll see if my attorney can get my losses of two years back to me.

Shawn and his crew were excellent. They helped us turn our 700 sf cabin on Long Lake into a 2700 sf retirement dream. Shawn was able to blend the new with the old flawlessly. He did all the design and saved us the expense of having to hire an architect. The workmanship met and exceeded my exacting standards. There are always minor issues that arise with a project like this, but Shawn was great to work with and made sure we were satisfied at every step. If I need a builder again, it will be Tiffany Homes. I have recommended them to several friends and my brother. We couldn't be happier. Roger Green

Shawn Tiffany's company, Tiffany Homes LLC, is outstanding in detail and workmanship in addition to being a cost-benefit consultant, resulting in the biggest bang for your investment dollars. We have worked with Shawn on three separate projects, and on each of these three he completed the work on time, built each to above code, and assured us that he was on call if we needed or wanted him to return for any reason. We will definitely hire Tiffany-Homes for our next remodeling project.
