Stayed here for a VB tourney. Chose this location due to closeness of venue. Oxford is clean, spacious and great staff. Love the text to communicate option with the front desk. Although they dont clean on the daily, if u ask front desk for whatever it is you need, they r happy to oblige. 9/10 stay here again!

This is a hotel located in downtown Spokane, very close to the river view. What is very surprising is that there is a street behind the hotel, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the entire Evorving Riverfront while walking. Many surprises

Everyone here is so kind besides ONE person. The woman that monitors the breakfast line is SO unbelievably rude, I was shocked. And its been multiple times that shes just been outright rude to myself and other guests. It does not match the energy they usually give off at this location. Weve stayed here over twenty times and she has been beyond nasty every single time. I cannot believe she hasnt been fired as Im sure theyve received several complaints about how awful she is to the people that paid so much to be here. Dont work in customer service is you cant even fake being nice. I would recommend people to come here, but only after that lady has been terminated- or put into a position where she does not come into contact with a single guest.
