I found my dream home, and shortly after found myself in a situation where I needed to find a new job. Fairway, specifically Boone Plager's team, told me they were going to work with me while I secured another job. I must not have done it quick enough, however, because I received a denial letter in the mail. When I called to give them news of my job, I received no call back. When I called to question the denial letter, I still received no call back. No explanation on why they decided to stop working with me, no call to even apologize for the confusion since I did get a job. They dropped the ball on me and now my family and I are on our way to losing our dream home. Thank you Fairway, thank you Boone and team. Thank you for showing me how much you truly [don't] care to help your customers get into their dream homes.

Jason, Hailey and the entire Fairway team created THE best experience weve had yet. We couldnt have dreamt up a more thorough, friendly, responsive, or knowledgeable team advocating for us if we tried. Between my partner and myself, weve purchased three previous properties, each time with different brokers, and have always been left feeling a bit in the dark around next steps, the hard numbers, and the attention to detail youd expect for something as intimidating as purchasing a home. Jason and Hailey supported us through our fourth and surprisingly most complicated endeavor yet, but somehow we endured the least amount of stress with the Fairway team by our side. Jason and Hailey and the team was great to work with once again! This was my second purchase through them and once again they made the process smooth and easy! Very communicative and responsive to all my questions and quickly had documents to us to sign. HIGHLY recommend working with this team when financing your home!

Fairway was excellent to work with for expedient, professional, and competent loan closing when I purchased back in April 2020--the height of COVID confusion. Jason especially has remained as responsive and professional with various inquiries I've made since then as he was when I first bought the house. I've never had to wait more than a couple of hours for a reply! For someone who asks lots of questions, this level of excellent customer service is truly appreciated. I also have enjoyed the audio-visual interaction offered by this company. For a visual learner, it's been great to have a recording of Jason explaining the numbers I see on the screen to help me make the best choice for how to optimize my loan repayment. I would definitely recommend Fairway to anyone looking to be taken care of during the home buying process.
