Dr. Collins is AMAZING. I have had horrible traumatic experiences as a kid at the dentist so I hate anything to do with dental. Dr. Collins made me feel so comfortable, he explained everything he was doing so nothing was a surprise. His staff was also very accommodating and nice. Would recommend to anyone who needs any sort of oral surgery.

I was referred to Dr Collins office from a friend after mentioning that my wisdom teeth were bothering me. My wife called there office and was treated Very professional and kind. She made the appointment and we waited a mont due to COVID and them being busy. Even though I am 50 years old it was still very nervous about getting my wisdom teeth out, upon arrival at Dr.Collins office we were greeted by a kind lady and filled out all paperwork, I was then taken back for X-rays and met with Dr. Collins a short time after to explain what was best and what needed to happen. A short time after that I was taken back to a different room and they removed my wisdom teeth. The entire procedure from when we walked in to the front door to when I was walked out the front door with teeth removed was approximately 1.5 hours. They are very organized and dont leave you waiting in a room for long periods of time like some doctors.Thank you Dr. Collins and staff for making a uncomfortable situation into a pleasant experience.

This office is not adhering to the statewide mask mandate and has inane policies regarding payment. I was referred here to get my wisdom teeth removed and none of the reception associates were masked, and they give you a form stating that simply being in a dental office would put you at risk to contract the virus because of long lasting droplets in the air. Meanwhile they have maskless associates sitting right next to each other with only an archway separating them from operating rooms. Not to mention MINUTES before being put under, AFTER my consultation with the surgeon, was I presented with the bill. I was told my insurance would only cover the x-ray and the consultation but I would have to pay the $2,100 bill THAT SAME DAY. I was in tears. I was not offered a payment plan, and as a 22 y/o part time retail employee I was appalled that I'd be expected to pay for a procedure up front rather than sending me a bill in the mail. During a pandemic!!! I don't see how anyone in my position would be able to comply with this. They offer discounts based on your payment method, however 2.5% barely touches two thousand dollars. The woman suggested I only get the teeth removed that were bothering me when my dentist specifically stated that I needed all four removed or my alignment would suffer. She acted like I was crazy. The surgeon said he would "work with me" and I was given one week to come up with money that would take me weeks to earn in the first place. My phone number was recorded wrong when I made the appointment over a month beforehand and when they couldn't get in touch with me, they failed to seek me out through my referral to make me aware of the expenses and therefore eliminated my chance to find another surgical office who WOULD present me with a payment plan. Please do your research before accepting referrals for this oral surgeon as you will not be given a chance to take time with your payment. And having to make a check directly out to the surgeon himself makes me believe none of it is going towards actually maintaining this facility. Overall they have a clean, modern looking office with new equipment but I'm not sure it was worth the ultimate financial turmoil this put me in. The only reason I went through with any of it was because I needed the surgery asap.
