I highly recommend this office for honesty, friendliness and professionalism. Our situation was not typical, as we moved here from out of state and my son already had braces on, Shannon really worked with us on many levels to complete the work on my son's mouth for a very fair price and on time before he left for college. Prior to meeting this office, another local orthodontist NOT associated with this one, really tried to fleece our family but our instincts were right not to give our business to him. Magnuson's entire team is respectful, caring and professional. Come here!!!! :) We are parents of four kids and know she's the best!

Dr. Shannon Magnuson and her staff have been exemplary at caring for my family for our orthodontic needs. They know us all by first name, so much so, that we don't even need to check in with their fabulous front office coordinator Courtney. Their business manager Shelia is top notch and has worked diligently to make sure that between insurance and what we private pay, that we are always kept up to date on this process. I was so impressed that I decided as an adult to seek care from Shannon for some minor issues I was having. I have been thrilled with the results. We all have beautiful smiles courtesy of Shannon's attention to detail and exceptional talent. I would highly recommend the Magnuson Orthodontics Team. In my opinion, they are the best in Spokane.
