Having to start a new daycare is stressful but the staff and director made it so easy for me and my babies. My babies love it there. They love the teachers and the directors. They are always so kind and warm towards myself and my babies. I love this daycare and I'm so glad that we found a good daycare that cares about my babies well being. Their facility is clean. They try so hard to keep everyone healthy as well. Thank You Mullan KinderCare.

My five year old son has been going here since we moved to the Spokane area last summer. I have been very pleased with the quality of care he has received. He is definitely prepared for kindergarten and I am so happy I found such a caring and wonderfully safe place for my son. Thank you to everyone at this location.

I was hesitant to post this review. What was once an amazing learning center for my son, turned into an absolute disaster and disappointment. After 3 years I pulled him due to longtime staff quitting and continual staffing issues and lack of consistency and gradual lack of proper support for my son's needs. So much to the point it was grossly affecting my son who is neurodivergent. Consistency and secure attachment is vital for kiddos. Instead of taking accountability that what is happening there with the big behaviors and emotions many children were displaying due to the issues, they put it off on the children through ABC CHARTS and incident reports which is the first step to removing kids from daycare. Instead of being patient and understanding that major, constant, inconsistent changes negatively impact kids. This location has been going downhill for a couple of years. I never imagined it would come to a head the way it did. I used to rave about the quality of care my son received. Then, slowly every great teacher or director quit. I should have realized the red flags. Eventually the last straw for me was the resignation of not only the director who had bent over backwards during her years of time there to ensure my son's needs were met and supported, and the resignation of 3 teachers who had been there for YEARS, plus the terrible communication and support provided for my son by those who took over the roles towards the end of my son's time there. The daily messages on the app asking parents to find alternative care due to lack of staff. The insulting low wages the teachers are paid. The erosion of quality care. It all added up and prompted me and MANY longtime parents to pull our kids over the last few months. My son has been affected so much by this change in his life, he's struggling more now than ever. I am furious and I feel terrible for every family dealing with the fallout from what's happening at this center. There are no words this place could ever offer me and my son to make up for the damage that's been caused.

Jess , and the blonde lady in the office are terrible! Including the infant room teacher. Absolute worst place to bring kids for daycare. these workers are the type to smile in your face , and then not care for your children while in there care adequately, they watched my 4 year old , 2 year old and 7 month old for less than month. My son had an unreported unexplained injury from the daycare that had looked like another infant had bitten my sons toe. I also happened to walk in to the infant room to my 7 month old whom was lying on the floor and a 12 month old crawling on top of him and absolutely no one watching or caring for him. I had to leave my day job several times to calls for me to pick up my 7 month old due to him being too fussy. When I put my children in daycare Im expecting you too know how to care a for a crying infant. They also called cps on me in the less than the month I was there with absolutely no explanations long story short I was screened out and extremely mortified that the daycare would call for absolutely no reason what so ever , as a mandated reporter you would expect them to tell the truth! And protect the safety of our children. My response to everything was if there were concern instead of causing unnecessary harm why not mention the issue to me first so I can at least understand someones view point not leave me absolutely clueless. With no remorse or apology for causing unnecessary problems. They will talk about parents behind there back , as well multiple times on the chart they would give me 4 years snacks during the day and give my 2 years old absolutely nothing but breakfast and lunch. This daycare sickens me

We are a military family and weve experienced several daycares around the country. This one has been our favorite by far. Every employee knows and loves our kids and makes them feel at home. They understand what its like for working parents and are always there to make our lives easier. Teresa and Jess are amazing directors and make the experience so welcoming and laid back. I didnt know how everything was going to work with virtual learning for my school aged child during the pandemic but the teachers handled everything. They worked through assignments with her, made a schedule, kept her on track and made sure she attended all of her virtual meetings. They are so loving towards my youngest too. He gets all the cuddles and just loves singing and playing with his teachers. They have an app where they send daily pictures, videos, and updates. It makes communicating so easy and we love seeing what the kiddos are doing when we cant be with them. Im so glad we found this daycare!
