        If I could leave negative reviews I would. Bed bug infestation along with horrible management. I mean you get what you pay for understandably. But when you have no choice in the matter. It's sad such an amazing local is going down like this. This is an edit.... So my family and I moved to Washington State after we had a house fire take literally everything in February 2021. The Shangri-La was the first motel we landed at when we got to Washington State. With just the clothes on our backs.... I don't think bedbugs traveled 3200 miles with us .. Thanks for the insult....

        Disgusting, roach and bedbug infestations everywhere. Little to no service or wifi. Management seems more geared on collecting money than enhancing the quality of their motel. Rooms: Disgusting. Needs pest control. Noteworthy details: A dump.

        Run far, far away!! One exceptionally disgusting employee named Brett or Brent or something like that will come in your room while you're gone!!! This whole place is a filthy trash heap! I've stayed in some pretty rough places but this place takes the prize for the absolute worst. The room hadn't been properly cleaned when we arrived and I had to clean it myself. Then we found the bedbugs. Unfortunately, the bedbugs are probably less gross than the nasty crackheads that rent the rooms long term and the drug dealers that own the place. And the staff will come inside your room when you're not there. Seriously, sleeping in your car would be a better choice than this place. Safety: Crackheads everywhere all hours of the day and night. Staff come into your room Noteworthy details: Staff will enter your room

      I want to apologize for the terrible experience you had. The Shangri-la is a older building and doesn't have a full time manager at this time. I apologize on behalf of the customer service you didn't receive. Clarence your experience is important and traveling can be very taxing. I hope to throw some steel at the Shangri-la and rebuild such a beautiful area of Spokane. Melissa Gunion

      On behalf of Toads other half Get the pool going for family fun in sun. I know it's not cheap Do it because you can and it's only open for a few months out of the year and then maybe you will have problems someone needs to stop living with your fist closed we only live once. It's a small pool Please please please. I love the Shangri LA.It's just a little piece of heaven here on earth
