        I have ordered appraisals from Certified Appraisals over the past few years. Working in family law, I need appraisals for marriage dissolutions, probate, tax, etc. There have been times when I need the appraisals yesterday and they get them to me quicker than expected. The fees are always reasonable and they will usually give a discount on bulk orders.
