        I received an un-solicited offer to buy my home from easy home buyer in the mail. I've never contacted them but they felt the need to try to buy my home. I had heard their commercials on the radio and wondered just what their "fair offer" would be like. My home is valued at $425,000. Easy home buyer offered to buy my home for $289.000 sight unseen. Now I understand what their "fair offer" really means, a fair offer for the easy home buyer, not the seller. I'm sure they are nice people, never met them. I hope this was helpful to people who are wondering how much of a hit they will take with any of these home buying companies. It bothered me that they tried to take advantage of me and my property un-solicited.

      Hello and thank you for your feedback. I believe you are referencing our mailer design that looks like a check and says we may be able to offer this for your home upon a walkthrough. This is simply a marketing piece to see if people are interested in selling their home, the prices can be much higher, and in some cases much lower due to the condition. Please know this WAS NOT a sight unseen offer. We would be more than happy to remove you from our future mailing lists if you will call in and give us your address, or email it to [email protected]. We sincerely apologize if this in any way offended you. We mail 30-50 thousand of these letters a month and the service we use takes a best guess at the homes value based on county data and this is often a wild guess. Feel free to message your address and we will be more than happy to remove you from future mailings :). We appreciate your feedback
