Jonathan and Brandon did their job well and had eased our concerns regarding getting the house ready for sale with all necessary contacts for clean up, window washing and carpet cleaning. They also had a handyman to clear the gutters! This was important to us as it relieved a lot of stress since we are out of state. They took care of everything and kept us informed. Jonathan predicted how long it would be on the market with great accuracy. We are impressed with their professionalism and do recommend them with no hesitation.

Can't say enough how happy I am with Jonathan and Brandon Bich. My older sister fell ill and was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. She passed in October. It was up to me to get her house put on the market. My husband called Jonathan and he answered right away. He came to the house and had a wealth of knowledge to share with us. It was a traumatic time, but his empathy put me at ease and I had a lot of trust that he would be right there for every step needed to get her house on the market. I could call anytime with a question and he would get back to me very quickly. We live in California. We didn't want to go back up to Spokane for every little thing that needed to be done to get the house in shape. Jonathan and his network of people took care of all the cleaning and fixing that was needed to get the house sold. I was so surprised at how little it cost us to have things done for us. Brandon took great pictures of the house, inside and out and I'm sure that other things he did helped to get the house sold sooner than later. The market had started to make a turn downward, but the house sold within a month and closed a month later after that. I highly recommend using Jonathan and Brandon if you want to buy or sell a home.
