I needed assistance with how to make modifications to the title/deed on my home a few years ago and a competitor down the road would not speak to me because I was not doing a current transaction with them. After discovering Premier Title, a few buildings away, they went above and beyond in assisting me, for no charge on two occasions since. On both occasions the representatives were helpful, personable, and patient. For any title and/or escrow needs in the future, I will do business with Premier Title, and recommend others do the same.

Shelley Nevitt and her team are simply amazing!! Her communication skills are top notch with eyes on the future closing looking to make the whole transaction smooth as possible by working as a team member with all concerned, solving any obstacles that may delay or slow a transaction from closing. I have used most, if not all, Title and Escrow offices in the area, Premier is an Escrow and Title Office that sets the benchmark for client service!!!

I had to call too many times to finally get a response. Then they acted put out by my calling. I called 8 times in 5 days and only got an answering machine. They feined "phone tag" but with cell phones you can see if they called. I've bought and sold my share of homes, was even an agent for a while, and I'm not pleased.
