Our son became a student of Sylvan because he has a hard time with reading and writing. In the 2 short months he's been there we have seen a vast improvement. We have seem growth in not only the subjects he is tutored on but his confidence and self-esteem as well! I highly recommend this Sylvan. The staff and is friendly and inviting.

I have 3 kids that attend here and they enjoy coming. They learn from great teachers who are patient. Their progress has been great!

We have seen results within the first month of attending Sylvan. Both of my children's teachers have noticed increased proficiency in their school work and my children have gained knowledge and confidence. We are very thankful to have made our way to Sylvan and are excited to see how they can continue to assist our young students.

My 9 year old child experienced kind and friendly instruction at Sylvan through an 8 session/month experience focusing on math. I was able afford the sessions by winning the bid on Sylvans donated package through a fund raising auction put on by my childs elementary school. The staff at Sylvan were very supportive of my childs nervous feelings around math competency, and their administrative staff was able to take into consideration my childs IEP to further support their approach with helping my child gain skills in their area of focus. If price was not an issue, I would continue with the program and be interested in discovering how the other tutoring competencies in reading or writing could further help my child navigate their 4th grade journey. I was quoted a variety of package options averaging $55/hour, and with 2 sessions recommended a week, this cost would be a few hundred a month. The educational boost offered at Sylvan would certainly help many kids who are struggling to keep up with public school expectations and hopefully build confidence along with competence in their learning experience. My childs favorite part, besides connecting with some of the fantastic staff, was exchanging earned points at the learning center store where they could receive fidgets, colored pencils, and other toys. Inspiring a child to find a love of learning in topics that do not interest them (e.g. math) is challenging, yet Im glad we gave Sylvan a go. Unfortunately for us, the offered program packages were unaffordable.
