We decided to combine auto and home policies not simply because of cost savings but also superior customer service. Everyone has been great but wed like to specifically commend Abram.

What the heck has happened with knowledge of the job and COMMUNICATION? It takes one bad experience and a referral to lose a client. I was with Allstate ever since I started driving and the start of October was a slew of issues with my policies up to them telling me that I had a lapse in coverage.. yet they got my money. I was told my auto was cancelled due to lapse in coverage and they couldn't take me back until I spent a year with a referred company. Then I could come back. Which I thought about. But after 2 days of a new insurance company I won't be coming back to Allstate. The new insurance dug into the confusion and I found out I was misinformed. I still had coverage. There was no lapse. They rewrote my policy and that's where everyone else got confused and slacked. I'm utterly confused on what happened and the lack of communication. The lack of them knowing where I stood on my policies with them. They were confused and had no clue. I was constantly told "oh that's weird". Abram was awesome. I miss him and I feel had I been talking with him since Oct I might still be with Allsate. But I'm moving on and a client to a new insurance. I wanted to vent my disappointment with the confusing and frustrating service I received.
