Without a doubt the worst podiatry insert I have ever had. Not only did it not solve my issue; it instead exacerbated the problem. DO NOT GO HERE!! Their equipment is outdated, and their products are dismal. I had four visits with a condescending foot doctor in which he insisted that his hand-made jerry-rigged podiatry contraption would work. Each time I showed him how it clearly did not fit my foot and would do the exact opposite of do no harm. Each time I told him to please fix it. Instead, they just mailed me the junky insert and refuse to take my calls. Theyre disgusting.

I had two visits to this office. Both were humiliating experiences. I was never referred to by name, just called me lady with the bad insurance. When i tried to ask questions i was dismissed and told i had bad insurance. i don't think he really read my chart. He seen i had medicaid and checked out. The technician told me to come in. He looked at me and says, you have bad insurance. He asked me what size shoe, i told him an 11. He says no no. Takes the thing you measure feet with puts it under my foot and says 10! But what do i know been doing this for years. Didn't have me stand, didn't even take my socks off. He scurried out of the room and comes back with two pairs of flimsy shoes. He actually tried to cram my foot in a size 9. Keep in mind I am there because I have a wound on my foot. Trust me it was very uncomfortable. Takes the 10, puts them on. The shoes fit, but they were to small no room. He tells me the shoes were great for bunions. I truly looked at him perplexed, I didn't have a bunion. I asked if there were other options. He said that's it you have bad insurance. I took the shoes and left. I called and spoke to billing, I shared my experience with her. My foot was hurting. I explained that he didn't scan my foot, and she said we only do that if you have a wound. I told her, I am there because I have a wound on my foot. I am also missing a toe on the other. She tells me they had no information that I was missing a toe. She would get information from my doctor and resubmit my claim. Made an appointment, and said she would speak to the technician. I go in for my second visit and it wasn't much better. He literally greeted me saying. The lady with the bad insurance. *sigh* I told him I didn't have trouble before. So I really don't understand what he's talking about. He still didn't take my socks off. He didn't scan the foot with the wound. He still insisted that I wore a size 10. He did take a few moments to tell me I should buy supports for my shoes. My insurance wouldn't pay for them. I told I had a HSA I can purchase them. He says they are expensive and go buy fom amazon... Fast forward the shoes were wrecking my feet. I had to go back to wound care because they had no room. They were ready to cast my leg so that we can save my toe. I decided to stop wearing the shoes. My return visit to wound care and my foot was improving again. I am really unhappy with my experience here. I have Molina (medicaid) as my insurance. They really humiliated me because of it, and likely could have had serious repercussions because of it. I now have to wait a year to get shoes because the industry standard is 1 pair a year.

I see a different person each time I come in. At one visit the young man assigned to me was rather rude. He didn't like answering my questions. I am 78 years old and needed orthopedic shoes. He offered a man's size with the explanation that he didn't have my size-- a woman's size 9W. I asked him to order the correct size. Then I received a bill for several thousand dollars by mistake ! Now I have received a bill for shoe inserts. The young man decided to scan my feet even though I told him that last time I just put my feet into a box of foam. He did not tell me that the insurance might not cover this. Now I am hoping that they will realize their responsi bility to inform patients of possible costs and let them choose!
