I had a wonderful experience with Collett Const. So grateful to have finally found a company that is communicative, on time and not breaking the bank :) They were very professional, fixed all I needed them to and cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they were here!! Compared against some other bids I got their cost was thankfully so reasonable. They get a big thumbs up from me!! I recently had a pilot light go out on my water heater...on a Friday. I initally called the person who installed the unit about a year prior and really didn't appreciate the response....call the tank company basically yadayada. I then called Collett and was pleasantly surprised that they could come out quickly on a weekend and check out the problem which turned out to be minor. Recently my kitchen sink drain separated and was draining into the crawlspace of my house for an unknown period until I discovered it and the damage it had caused, which was significant. I hired another business to do address the plumbing repair itself, and was referred to Collett Construction for the damage remediation, which included water damage around the kitchen sink, cabinets, and flooring. Cameron, Tony, and Robbie did an amazing job with the project and they were wonderful to have in my home while they were there. They were kind, courteous, and professional, and I was kept informed throughout the project about what to expect. Cameron was very transparent and honest up front by letting me know up what parts of the job might include unknown costs, which was helpful for budgeting and expectations (they also offered financing through GreenSky which was helpful, and something I've used on other emergency projects on my property). The work involved removing my kitchen cabinets, sink, and granite countertops to remediate the water damage behind (drywall, parts of the cabinet structure, etc). They did great work and helped improve a few things while they were in there that had been an unknown problem for years apparently (faulty wiring with a hacky and dangerous fix apparently from previous owners, updates to eroded copper piping, and upgrades to aging water shut off valves). They also addressed an issue with my kitchen ceiling from a leaky bathroom upstairs while they were there, which I was super grateful for. Definitely would hire again and recommend to anyone looking to hire them!

Collett Construction had the best service we have received from a construction company. We had an emergency and they tended to it after hours. It was fixed the next day! They did a great job and the follow up and customer service is wonderful. Very nice people too! Pricing was extremely fair and the service out did their pricing for sure! We had Collett Construction come and install a garbage disposal. They were so fast and priced so well we had them stay all day! Installed a bidet, fixed our sink that was leaking, installed a flooring fix and a number of things that had been on our list for awhile. We highly recommend them to anyone. Cameron the owner checked in on the jobs a number of times during. We have never had an experience so positive with a contractor.
