Ive worked with Dylan for years, and will forever use him and American West for my general construction needs. Dylan, truly cares about his clients happiness on the work being performed but stands behind it.

In the run up to painting the side of my house, I removed some damaged trim wood and found rot underneath. I called AWC and Dylan came out to take a look. He gave me a worst-case estimate and a month or so later Phil came out to fix it. The rot was worse than expected the studs were completely worn away along with all the sheeting for a very substantial area the block windows needed to be replaced structural beams replaced siding replaced not just in the initial area but in extensive other areas as well. Over the course of five days Phil was super efficient and reframed that part of the house, installed new windows (just say no to blocks), put up new siding, and caulked everything. and thanks to Raul who came and cleaned up everything. It was spotless including all the nails and broken glass. I have nothing but good things to say about AWC and the entire process that we went through. I really hope that we will be able to work with him again as other parts of our house need help.

Had a complete roof replacement with some new sheeting provided and wood work at my garage/breezeway transition. I received estimates from 6 other "roofing" companies with no luck. Didn't feel comfortable with either the bid or the company proposing the work. Was told to give American West a call and extremely happy I did. Dylan came out and discussed all the options and from the get go I knew this was different. Very knowledgeable, up front and communication was outstanding. When the crew came out, they were pleasant, worked around some vines we wanted to save, which was a pain, cleaned up nicely and just did an outstanding job. Very pleased with the work.. Roofing costs have gotten crazy, but had no regrets writing out a check to these guys. Highly recommend!! Service: Roof installation

We were worried about our roof, and I was referred to American West by a friend. I phoned, Dylan came by the very next morning on his way from his home to work at American West. He assured us our roof was fine for at least 2 more years, gave us a full inspection report, and suggested for us to do a small amount of moss removal and had instructions for that in the report. No charge, a quick and honest evaluation of our roof, so when it is time to repair or replace our roof I won't call anyone else! Service: Roof inspection
