Very disappointed... They waited until I filled out all my paperwork and paid and finished the transaction to tell me they were only open until 7:00 p.m... I looked at the clock and it was 6:30 I literally had 30 minutes to unload four trucks as soon as we pulled into the gate area there was several cars of tweakers outside working on their vehicles running around parking lot blatantly doing drug deals and doing drugs right there in front of the building... Made me extremely worried about how safe my storage was truly going to eat especially because when I went to get insurance they only offered one kind of insurance for only 4,000... Just the clothes alone in there are worth more than that.

This place is the worst company ever the assistant manager guy beat my wife up on camera the hit my 13 yr old son and myself while trying to protect her would not recommend to anyone

Hours are until 7 PM as I told the lady you spent 20 minutes locking me out you spent 10 minutes warmibg me the time.Until I am still in the building plesse have faith I am aware of the time. I love this storage love the loading dock love the security. Simple fix just dont spend your time tripping because you're the reason I can move in 2 minutes I do this for a living. Literally 20 minutes you took to cause a late departure.
