I have nothing but good things to say about Ron Hanson & his team! As a first time home buyer I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and helpful loan provider. Ron took the time to educate me and make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Ron and his team, especially to first time home buyers. My family & I recently purchased a home in Lacey, WA and we had the great pleasure working with Ron Hanson & his team. Ron is an expert in his craft and we felt whenever a roadblock prevented us from purchasing the home Ron was quickly able to find a solution. For example the appraiser required us to replace the roof which would've delayed our move in date but Ron was able to approve us to purchase the home anyways on schedule and convinced the underwriter to replace the roof after closing. As a Realtor myself, I've worked with over 100 different lenders in the Thurston County area and recommend Ron Hanson above the rest!
