Dennis is the best realtor my husband and I have had the pleasure of working with. He is thorough, honest, helpful, and willing to work literally day and night. We are so thankful to have happened upon working with Dennis during our home buying process! From scheduling viewings at the drop of a hat, to facilitating every step of the closing process, Dennis knocked it out of the park. I bought my (first) house a couple months ago and Dennis made the whole experience as stress free as possible. Not only did he answer all my questions with patience and alacrity, but he made sure to explain each step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. On top of all this, he provided excellent advice and reassurance throughout the entire process. He paid extra attention to what I wanted and was looking for, and never pushed me to make a decision I wasnt comfortable with. I cannot recommend Dennis enough!

A first-time home buyer I was really grateful for Dennis. He helped the process go smoothly and was a pleasure to work with, He treats you as a friend and shows he cares, was very knowledgeable about the process of buying and a great resource for any questions with quick responses. Helping me to consider things I hadnt thought of when touring homes or if I did not have a full understanding he would gladly help. Dennis was a joy to work with. Always got back to us in a timely manner. We were in search of a home far from the city and Dennis never minded meeting us to show a home however far the distance. The sale of our last home went so smoothly with Dennis, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend!

Dennis was wonderful to work with. He assisted us in selling our Lacey Home in just mere weeks but with little hiccups, he was able to remain calm, courteous and kind, and especially PATIENCE! throughout the whole process (Long Story!). One thing for sure is Dennis was very creative in this thinking process, which is a rarity!. He made everything easy to navigate and was always available and helpful. In all honesty, of all the other agents that I have worked with, by far, Dennis is the top of the my list to go to!.
