Dark Letter Tattoo

i found out about dark letter from a friend who got a tattoo done from here. after looking at the different artist, i submitted a booking request with cody. he accepted and i have been absolutely blown away with his work, his professionalism, his personality, just everything. ive had my tattoo planned for years and never had luck with any artist. after my experience at dark letter, and with cody, im glad that was the case because he has absolutely BLOWN my expectations for my piece out of the water. he took his time to free hand draw the whole the tentacles, and the waves, while paying very close attention to detail. he has a light hand, hes quick, yet while still keeping a steady hand, and having outstanding, clean and crisp line work. the employees themselves are great people, and very friendly and always a pleasure to talk with while getting tattooed. the shop has a nice vibe, and its not loud in color and all in your face, which i found really nice. they offer snacks and drinks which is also a nicely added bonus to the shop. i have had an absolute pleasure getting my first real tattoo done here, and i will definitely be coming back for more! 10/10 id recommend to come here for your tattoo needs. it was an absolute honor.

Cody demonstrated a lack of professionalism that significantly impacted my experience. Despite having traveled across the state specifically for my appointment, it was abruptly canceled at the last minute by Cody. When I sought a discount for the inconvenience and additional expenses incurred due to this sudden change, hoping to reschedule, Cody responded by refusing to provide his services to me altogether. This reaction to a relatively minor issue, which he initiated, was unexpectedly dismissive and unaccommodating.

I absolutely cannot recommend this shop enough. I'm currently having a custom sleeve done by Cody Brigan and it's looking amazing. He is not only an extremely talented artist, but also professional, friendly and runs a clean operation. Super comfortable environment to get tattoo work done and I couldn't be happier with my choice to go with them. I come from about an hour away to get work done there and it's 100% worth the drive.

Ive had 4 different tattoos done by Cody here. The environment, the professionalism, the kindness of all the artists make this an incredible experience every time I am there! They are talented, they care about the clients needs and make sure they are comfortable and happy with the work they do! They are clean and make sure everything is done well and ver professionally. By far, my favorite tattoo experiences that I have had.
