They were prompt, professional and fair! After reading the reviews, I decided to give this company a try when my 10 year old furnace quit working. They had someone out within 48 hours, and he (Casey) had it fixed within hours. The company has great communication. Casey able to come early, diagnosed the issue quickly, and worked to get us the best repair option. We would definitely use them again! Thank you, Comfort Pros!

Ive used this company twice now and I will never go with any other company. From the front desk and constant communication even when they were slammed in sub zero conditions they truly are about customer service. Ben was outstanding to work with. I had Joe before and was also impressed. My issues were solved both times. Thank you Comfort Pros W. Anderson

I called about my furnace not blowing hot air and was told it was a bad sequencer and old wiring that needs replaced and would cost anywhere between 500-2k to fix, which is quite a large range. I was then told the best option would be to replace the entire thing with a heat pump for 10k plus electrical. The tech then told me he couldn't do anything about any of it until the following week because he'd have to order parts, leaving me and my kids with no heat in 40 degree weather right before Christmas. I called someone else for a second opinion, and they had it fixed in 20 mins for $100. That's $30 less than the cost of just the diagnostic rate at Comfort pros. Not only that, but he showed me the wiring in my furnace and said it was completely fine. I understand this is a business, and everyone needs to get paid and make money, but the interaction I had felt very "used car salesman" like. Needless to say, I'll be using the second company from now on.

Horrible work quality, lying to my bank, not upholding his contract, making fake invoices. Casey Thaxton is a horrible business person and does not appreciate his customers, he takes advantage of them instead. I would advise to not get involved with this person and Comfort Pro's Heating and Air Conditioning.
