        The absolute worst customer service. I've had three different appointments to have my water cooler picked up. Each time they don't show, so I call and they tell me that I'm scheduled for the next day. This has been going on for a week. Honestly I'd rather drink tap water then have my lifespan shorted by the stress.

        delivery driver does not come when our business is open, we get charged for cups we do not order or get, when we call to try and advise billing we wait online for hours at a time and get no help.
