        Very disappointed that we have to get rid of our grill. When we moved here we are very happy and excited that we can finally grill on our patio and now we have to get rid of our $1,000 grill to follow the new amendment.

        Review of Anthony Stroup and overall manage / Leasing - extremely dishonest and ableist. Goes around comes around, but we were flat out shocked that Tony was willing to scam us for application fees.

        One of the selling points to this property was their allowance of grills in the units. We asked specifically about this before signing the lease and we asked specifically if the model we were planning on buying was acceptable and we got a yes from property management each time. This was a significant factor in our decision to move here. Now we have received a letter saying that we will be in violation of our lease if we do not get rid of that same grill with no compensation for time, expenses, or the clearly diminished value of the dwelling. If this company cannot be trusted to honor their word on this issue, what else can they not be trusted over? What other policies will they sell to people and revoke later? Will they say that they are pet friendly only to insist that if you do not put your dog down within a month you will be in violation of your lease? Trust is important when you have committed over $20,000 a year in an agreement, and we have been badly burned by these people.

      Hello Ian,This is an alarming review. Our staff, and Tony specifically strive to uphold the utmost standards of professionalism and create a welcoming community to all. Thank you for trying to get a hold of us through this channel, but as we have been communicating to you- our application criteria requires us to complete a rental verification by contacting either a previous or current landlord; and we had emailed you requesting clarification on why the lease you provided had your name on it, but the leasing office at that address had no record your tenancy. We must uphold the same standards for everyone, and we are not able to approve an application if there are potentially falsified documents involved. Please be in touch to clarify this matter.
